Pēc trakā decembra ‘skrējiena’ janvāris mūsmājās ienāca ar mieru, atpūtu un vairāk mājas dzīvi jeb dzīvi mājās. Pat man kā tādai lāču māte gribējās būt mājas, nekur neiet, nekur neiesaistīties, uzkrāt fizisko un emocionālo enerģiju. Vienkārši būt mājās. Būt kopā ar ģimenei un izbaudīt vienkāršo ikdienu, lai ar jaunu dvesmu mostos pavasara atdzimšanai un jauniem ‘skrējieniem’.
After a busy, busy December, January came at our home with peace, relaxation and more home and family centered time. Even me as a Mother Bear wanted to be at home, nowhere to go, recharge my physical and emotional energy. Just be at home. Being with the family and enjoying a simple everyday life and getting a fresh breath for the revival of spring and new busyness.
Pēdējā 2017. gada dienā kopā ar ģimenes draugiem sinējām Jaunā gada sagaidīšanu. Tā kā mums abām ģimenēm ir gan lielāki, gan arī mazāki bērni, tad ballīti sākām jau pēcpusdienā, lai visiem tiek prieki un lai pietiek laiks izballēties pirms gulētiešanas. Fotogrāfijās vien paspējām iemūžināt pirmo pusstundu, kad vēl nebijām sēdušies pie galda un ballīte nebija uzņēmusi nekontrolējami jautrus apgriezienus.
On the last day of 2017 we celebrated New Years Eve with our lovely family friends. As both families have smaller and bigger children, we started in late afternoon just to get more time to party before children headed to the bed. In photos we got snapped just first half an hour of the party before actual meal and before the party became uncontrollable amazing.
Kā jau solīju- janvārī mūsmājās bija ļoti daudz spēļu, spēlēšanās, jautrošanās un dauzīšanās, šad un tad izejot uz spēļu istabām un atrakciju vietām. Katrā gadījumā āra laika apstākļi mūs nelutināja (bija pietiekami auksts), lai mēs vēlētos vairāk laika pavadīt telpās. Pavasaris gan nav tālu- narcises un tulpes dārzā jau izdzinušas pirmos asnus.
As I promised – January we had lots of fun playing inside and of course, now and again even getting hyper, and going out to play rooms and soft play areas. Anyway, the weather wasn’t great, most days quite cold, therefore we didn’t want to enjoy outside walks and activities as much as usually. We stayed in warm and cozy. Luckily, Springs is on its way – first sprouts of daffodils and tulips are out in the garden.
Lauris jau kādu laiku ir izteicis vēlēšanos iemācīties spēlēt ģitāru. Es kaut kā esmu vilcinājusies, bet nu tas ir noticis- ģitāra ir, ģitārspēles skolotājs ir atrasts un pagaidām trennējas pats, pats ir ieinteresēts iemācīties, ko skolotājs rāda. Visu pats! Labi, ka tā nav klavierspēle, kurā es kripatiņu saprotu. Ģitārspēle man ir sveša, un iejaukties ar saviem padomiem nevaru.
Lauris already for some time was talking about learning guitar. I was somehow hesitant, thought this idea will go away as came but Lauris asked again and again to learn playing guitar and in the end we got the guitar , we got a teacher and he is still interested in learning and spending some time to practice what teacher showed him. Very independently as I was playing piano in my childhood and don’t have a clue what he is learning and how to play guitar. I think that’s brilliant as I keep my thoughts and advice with me and Lauris can be himself.
Arī Olivers šomēnes ir pieaudzis. Pirmkārt, sagrauza savu knupi, kuru mēs ar lielu pompu izmetām mistastē un līdz ar to atvadījāmies uz mūžu. Tas gan prasīja dažus sarežģītākus pusdienslaikus. Otrkārt, Olivers pirmo reizi mūžā apmeklēja frizieri. Salīdziniet paši- pirms un pēc friziera apmeklējuma!
Also Olivers has became bigger boys. First of all he gave up his dummy because it was bitten and with a lots of praise he said Good-Buy and throw dummy in the bin. And, yes, we had some troubles with his day naps during next couple days, but now he is back to normal. Second, Olivers had his first hairdresser visit. I was dreading and putting it away, but actually it turned out fine, he was brave and happy, didn’t cry and think he will be all right to go back again. Here he is before and after the hairdresser’s visit!
